Qualifications & Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Current and valid state SLP license (or the ability to obtain before start)
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred; CFY considered
  • Previous experience in a school environment preferred, but not required
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct therapy services to students according to individual education plans (IEPs)
  • Conduct students’ speech, language, and communication assessments
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and measurable goals
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and other school staff to support student success
  • Maintain thorough documentation and progress reports in compliance with school and state guidelines
  • Participate in meetings, IEP conferences, and professional development as required
