Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist - Livonia, Michigan

This flexible contract position welcomes both experienced SLPs (with CCCs) and new graduates/Clinical Fellows—supervision and mentorship are included if needed! Your workday will include engaging with diverse learners over part-time hours (3.75 hours/day, totaling 18.75 hours/week) for the 2022-2023 school year, focusing on assessment, therapy, and collaboration within multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Active Michigan SLP license required
• Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
• Prior school-based experience strongly preferred, but not required
• CCC credentials or eligibility for Clinical Fellow supervision encouraged
• Comfort with teletherapy platforms is a plus
• Pediatric and healthcare-related SLP experience valuable

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide evaluations, diagnoses, and direct therapy for students K-12
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEPs
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student progress
• Maintain timely documentation and communication in line with school policies
• Engage in professional development and leverage teletherapy as appropriate
