This full-time role (37.5 hours weekly, with part-time availability) provides direct, onsite services within a supportive school environment. Key Qualifications:

• Current Michigan licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship (SLP-CF’s encouraged)
• Experience working with K-12 student populations in school-based settings preferred
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities

Role Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in K-12 students
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in partnership with special education colleagues

• Monitor progress and adjust interventions based on measurable outcomes
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in compliance with school and state standards
• Serve as an engaged member of multidisciplinary teams to maximize student success
