Key Qualifications:
- Current Speech Language Pathologist license in Michigan (MI SLP license required)
- ASHA Certification (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellows (CFY) are highly encouraged to apply
- Background in pediatric, educational, or healthcare settings a plus
- Strong collaborative, communication, and documentation abilities
- Experience providing assessment, intervention, and consultation for school-aged populations
Core Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language therapy services to students, including assessment, individualized education program (IEP) development, and direct/indirect therapy
- Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
- Maintain accurate records and provide documentation as required by the district and state guidelines
- Participate actively in IEP meetings and case conferences, contributing expertise aligned with best practices
- Foster an inclusive, supportive environment to help every student achieve their communication goals
This position offers a competitive hourly pay rate from $48 and above for both direct and indirect services.
