Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) required
• Valid state licensure or eligibility
• Experience working in pediatric, healthcare, or school-based settings
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with students, families, and staff

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech and language therapy to students in line with IEP goals
• Conduct evaluations and re-evaluations to determine students’ needs
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to ensure holistic support
• Document progress and maintain thorough, accurate records in compliance with school and regulatory standards
• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
