Speech Language Pathologist in Livonia, MI

Make an impact in education by supporting students’ communication and language development for the 2026-2027 school year. This is a full-time, contract-based opportunity for a speech-language pathologist to work in a supportive school environment near Livonia, MI. You’ll collaborate with educators and families to help students thrive academically and socially, from assessment to intervention.

Qualifications:

• Current Michigan SLP license or eligibility to obtain licensure
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred, but Speech-Language Pathology Clinical Fellowship (CFY) candidates are welcome to apply
• Experience or strong interest in providing speech-language services within a school setting
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with students, staff, and families
• Dedication to fostering student growth and inclusion

Core Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for students with speech, language, and communication needs
• Deliver direct and indirect therapy services as outlined in IEPs
• Work collaboratively with special education teams, teachers, and parents to support student progress
• Maintain detailed records and participate in team meetings, including IEP planning sessions
• Offer consultation, support, and professional insight to school staff
• Stay current with best practices and professional standards in school-based speech-language therapy
