You’ll be working full time across two welcoming school buildings with flexible start and end times (which can be negotiated to fit your needs). Students range from PK to 8th grade: PK-1 (7:45–4:15) and grades 2-8 (7:15–3:45), serving a caseload of approximately 50. Arriving a day or two early is encouraged to help you get acclimated and settled in—staff collaboration is highly valued, setting you up for a supportive experience.

Ideal Qualifications:

• Active CCC-SLP licensure required
• Experience in pediatric and school-based SLP preferred
• Comfort managing caseloads and collaborating with educational teams
• Adaptability to varying schedules and student needs
• Commitment to fostering inclusive, supportive learning environments

Your Role:

• Provide direct speech/language therapy for PK–8 students
• Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans
• Support IEP goals and collaborate with educators, families, and related services
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation
• Engage with school teams to ensure student success
