Key Qualifications and Skills:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
- Valid state licensure and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Experience or strong interest in working with pediatrics in a school-based setting
- Proficiency with teletherapy platforms is a plus
- SLPA candidates with appropriate school-based experience are welcome to apply
- Effective communicator and team player, capable of collaborating with educators and families
Core Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech and language therapy to K-5 students in accordance with IEP goals
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and generate detailed assessment reports
- Develop individualized treatment plans and instructional materials
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to promote student progress
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation for services provided
- Engage in virtual and in-person support as needed
