Exciting contract opportunities are available for Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP) with Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) to support students and staff throughout the school year. Two full-time, onsite positions are open, offering an engaging work environment and the chance to make a significant impact in educational settings.

Both roles are 35 hours per week for the full academic year:

  • Position 1: Focus on preschool and early intervention services.
  • Position 2: Provide support for K-8 students.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Valid SLP licensure and ASHA CCC required.
  • Previous school-based experience preferred.
  • Ability to tailor interventions for preschoolers/early intervention or K-8 students depending on placement.
  • Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills.
  • Genuine passion for working with children and fostering communication development.
  • Willingness to work onsite throughout the school year.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct speech and language therapy to students per IEPs.
  • Conduct evaluations, re-evaluations, and appropriate assessments.
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to develop and implement effective treatment plans.
  • Document and report progress in compliance with district and state requirements.
  • Attend IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams.
  • Consult with teachers to support students’ language and academic growth in the classroom.
