Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Valid state licensure or eligibility to obtain
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
• Previous experience working within a school setting, especially with K-12 populations, is highly valued
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and assess students from kindergarten through 12th grade for speech, language, and communication delays or disorders
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student’s needs
• Deliver direct therapy services, both one-on-one and in small groups as appropriate
• Consult and collaborate with teachers, families, and multi-disciplinary teams to ensure student progress
• Maintain thorough documentation of evaluations, session notes, and student progress
• Offer insights and recommendations to support student achievement across academic and social settings
