Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
• Valid state licensure to practice speech-language pathology
• Experience or enthusiasm for working with elementary-aged children
• Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation abilities
• Ability to adapt therapy approaches to suit diverse student needs

Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for students in PreK through 2nd grade
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in compliance with IEPs and school goals
• Provide both direct and consultative therapy services within classroom and pull-out settings
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary team members to support student progress
• Monitor and document student growth, adjusting approaches as needed to optimize outcomes
• Participate in IEP meetings, parent conferences, and school staff consultations
