Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
  • Active state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology, or eligibility to obtain
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
  • Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates encouraged to apply
  • Experience with pediatric or school-aged populations is highly valued
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to thrive both independently and as part of a collaborative team

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations of students with speech and language disorders
  • Develop and implement customized treatment plans to address individual speech-language needs
  • Deliver ongoing therapy sessions, targeting students’ specific communication goals
  • Maintain accurate and thorough progress documentation for each student
  • Work closely with educators, support staff, and families to ensure holistic, coordinated care
  • Actively engage families, providing education and strategies to support student success beyond therapy sessions
