As a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist, you’ll have the rewarding chance to tailor your expertise and attention to one student, helping them reach important communication milestones.

Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
  • Valid state SLP license and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence
  • Experience supporting pediatric or medically fragile populations preferred
  • Strong communication, patience, and adaptability for a home-based learning environment
  • Ability to collaborate with families and educational teams for comprehensive care

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct engaging and effective speech-language sessions four times per week, each session lasting 30 minutes
  • Develop, implement, and adjust individualized therapy goals aligned with the student’s needs and abilities
  • Monitor progress and provide regular updates and strategies to caregivers
  • Maintain accurate records, session notes, and communication
  • Foster a positive, supportive environment to encourage confidence and growth
