Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Active SLP license (or eligibility) in the state
  • Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) highly preferred; Clinical Fellows will be considered
  • Previous experience with school-age children is desirable
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of an interdisciplinary team
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing student needs and schedules

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver speech and language therapy to students across K-12
  • Conduct assessments, develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), and monitor student progress
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff for comprehensive student care
  • Document sessions and maintain compliance with school and state guidelines
  • Provide guidance to classroom staff on communication strategies
  • Support students through both short-term and ongoing interventions during the maternity leave coverage periods
