Speech Language Pathologist in Locust Grove, VA

Embark on a rewarding contract opportunity as a Speech-Language Pathologist supporting students in a school setting. This full-time position offers 37.5 hours per week, where you’ll make a meaningful impact on K-12 students. Candidates who have earned their Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) are encouraged to apply, and Clinical Fellows (CFs) will also be considered—professional development and mentorship can be provided. Desired Qualifications:

• Active SLP license in the state or eligibility for licensure
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; CFs welcomed
• Experience providing services in a school-based environment
• Comfortable working with diverse caseloads
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organization skills

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality speech therapy services to K-12 students
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
• Conduct assessments, document progress, and participate in team meetings
• Work collaboratively with teachers, staff, and families to support student achievement
• Address a variety of speech, language, and communication needs across all grade levels
