What You’ll Bring:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
- Current California SLP license or eligibility
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred but not required
- School-based or pediatric experience is a plus
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
- Enthusiasm for working with students in K-12 settings
Your Impact:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat students with speech, language, and communication needs
- Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and participate in IEP meetings
- Deliver evidence-based therapy sessions, both individually and in groups
- Collaborate with educators, families, and interdisciplinary teams to support student success
- Maintain accurate records and document student progress
- Offer guidance and training to school staff and families as needed
