This travel assignment is designed to maximize professional growth. You’ll work across multiple settings—spending two days weekly supporting an adult SDC program and an alternative program, then transitioning to a high school where you’ll collaborate with an established five-day-a-week SLP. This role offers hands-on exposure to a variety of workplace cultures and leadership approaches, giving you the ability to enrich your clinical toolkit and broaden your experience with different age groups and service delivery models.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
• Valid SLP-CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence) required
• Prior experience in school-based or similar educational settings preferred
• California SLP licensure (or eligibility) required
• Strong communication, organization, and adaptability

Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech-language therapy services to students at multiple sites
• Serve as case manager, leading IEP meetings and ensuring compliance
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop intervention plans
• Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Document progress and maintain accurate records
