Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active state licensure and ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) or eligibility
- Previous experience in a school setting or with pediatric populations preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
- Ability to adapt therapy techniques to meet individual student needs
Core Responsibilities:
- Conduct screening, assessments, and evaluations to identify students requiring speech and language support
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in partnership with educators and families
- Deliver direct and consultative speech-language therapy services to students of varying ages and abilities
- Maintain accurate records of student progress, complying with all confidentiality and district guidelines
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents to foster student success across academic and social settings
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to support broader student development
