School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Logansport, Indiana

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current state licensure (or eligibility) in Indiana as an SLP
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; strong CFs will be considered
• Experience working with school-aged children and diverse student populations
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to adapt therapy strategies to meet individual student needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct screenings, evaluations, and diagnoses of speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with teachers, support staff, and parents
• Deliver direct and consultative speech-language services to students in individual and group settings
• Maintain thorough documentation of assessments, progress, and interventions in accordance with school guidelines
• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions to align on student goals
• Provide resources, support, and education to teachers and families to facilitate student success
