As you support a population of K-4th grade students, your professional experience will expand as you work alongside a collaborative team. With 1 SLPA on-site and 6 SLPs district-wide, mentorship and guidance are readily available. The structured caseload (68 students, with 27 focused on teacher record/case management), mild/moderate severity, and a dedicated speech room ensure you have the resources and support to thrive. Qualifications:

• Valid SLP license for Indiana (or eligibility)
• Experience in a school-based setting preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Responsibilities:

• Provide speech and language services to K-4th grade students
• Manage a caseload of 68, including case management for 27
• Develop and implement IEPs
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and fellow SLPs/SLPAs
• Utilize a designated speech area for services
• Adhere to a 7:30am-3:00pm schedule (37.5 hours/week)
