Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) required
• Active license to practice as an SLP in Georgia
• Prior experience working in school settings, especially with elementary-aged students, preferred
• Familiarity with IEPs, progress tracking, and parent communication
• Excellent time management and documentation skills
• Ability to work effectively onsite, collaborating with teachers, other specialists, and support staff

Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for a full elementary caseload
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans in line with students’ IEPs
• Deliver direct, onsite therapeutic interventions in both group and individual settings
• Track progress and maintain accurate documentation in compliance with district/state standards
• Coordinate with families and multidisciplinary team members to support student development
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide ongoing recommendations for instructional support
