Make a difference in students’ lives supporting a diverse caseload as a Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC) working part-time in a dynamic therapeutic school setting. This contract role offers the chance to guide students with a variety of communication needs, ranging from kindergarteners to young adults, in a collaborative and supportive environment.

Enjoy a flexible schedule of three days a week, typically Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays, within the hours of 8:00am-2:30pm (or up to 3:00pm, based on preference). With the opportunity for additional hours, you’ll be able to maintain a balanced work-life rhythm while making a direct impact throughout the school year, from your start date through May 28th, 2027.

Qualifications/Desired Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required
  • State licensure for Speech-Language Pathology
  • School-based experience, particularly with therapeutic or special education populations, is highly preferred
  • Ability to perform comprehensive evaluations, develop and implement IEPs, and supervise when necessary
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with teachers, staff, and families

Responsibilities Include:

  • Providing speech and language therapy services to students from kindergarten through age 22
  • Conducting evaluations and assessments as required
  • Crafting individualized treatment plans and monitoring progress toward goals
  • Participating in multidisciplinary team meetings and supporting IEP development
  • Maintaining documentation and upholding compliance standards
