Qualifications & Preferred Experience

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Current, active CCC-SLP credential required (ASHA certification)
  • Eligibility for Illinois SLP licensure
  • Experience conducting SLP evaluations and oversight in a school setting preferred
  • Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide direct speech-language therapy services to students aged K-22
  • Develop individualized treatment plans and conduct assessments and evaluations
  • Document progress and participate in IEP/504 meetings
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student success
  • Uphold professional and ethical standards in a therapeutic day school environment
