As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you'll provide services to a diverse TK-8th grade student caseload with mild to moderate needs, working on-site in a welcoming school community.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences
- Current or in-progress California CTC permit (must be documented; candidate responsible for permit fee)
- CCC-SLP certification highly preferred; Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) applicants welcomed
- Pediatric and school-based SLP experience strongly desired
- Skilled in traditional and teletherapy service delivery
- Solid understanding of developing and implementing IEPs
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive speech-language assessments and therapy to TK-8th grade students with a mixed caseload
- Collaborate with educational teams, teachers, and families to ensure student progress
- Develop individualized treatment plans aligned with student goals and IEP requirements
- Maintain detailed and compliant documentation of services and progress
- Participate in IEP meetings, student support teams, and professional development as required
- Manage a full-time schedule (40 hours/week, 5 days/week) for a total of 1600 hours, including additional time before and after the academic year
- Serve all services at one campus location for an engaged school community
