Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist - Lompoc, CA

Desired Qualifications:

• Valid Speech-Language Pathology license (SLP-CCC or eligible)
• Previous experience in pediatric settings, teletherapy, and/or school-based environments preferred
• CTC permit REQUIRED or in-progress with documentation; candidates must cover the CTC permit fees
• Strong collaboration and communication skills with multidisciplinary teams
• Commitment to evidence-based therapy and individualized student care
• Ability to adapt interventions for diverse student needs, including those with IEPs

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct and virtual speech and language therapy services to K-12 students
• Conduct screenings, assessments, and develop individual treatment plans
• Monitor and document student progress toward therapy goals
• Participate in IEP meetings, collaborating effectively with teachers and staff
• Offer consultation and support to school personnel and families
• Maintain compliance with state licensure and school district regulations
