School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Long Beach, California

Seeking experienced Speech Language Pathologists for the entire 2024-2025 school year, supporting students in preschool and elementary-grade levels. This is a full-time, on-site contract position located near Long Beach, CA, with two positions available for passionate individuals ready to provide direct impact for young learners.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Active Speech-Language Pathologist license in California (CCC required)
• Strong background working with preschool and/or elementary school populations
• Commitment to full-time availability (5 days a week, 8 hours per day)
• Prior experience in a school setting is highly preferred
• Excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate with teachers, parents, and team members
• Ability to assess, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive speech and language therapy services to students
• Conduct thorough evaluations, develop IEPs, and maintain accurate documentation
• Collaborate with classroom teachers and special education staff to support student progress
• Create engaging and supportive learning environments for children with diverse speech and language needs
