Two opportunities are available for dedicated SLPs who hold CCC certification and thrive in a school-based, on-site position. Located near vibrant Long Beach, this contract role offers the chance to impact young lives in a supportive educational environment.

Ideal candidates possess experience supporting students’ communication needs in educational settings and demonstrate strong collaboration and communication skills. This is a full-time commitment—Monday through Friday, 8 hours a day—working with diverse populations to facilitate critical foundation skills for lifelong learning.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Current ASHA CCC certification required
  • Valid state licensure as an SLP
  • Prior experience with preschool and elementary populations in school-based settings
  • Strong organizational, documentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively on an interdisciplinary team
  • Passion for fostering language, articulation, and social communication growth

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of communication disorders
  • Deliver therapy services tailored to individual student needs
  • Develop and maintain IEPs in collaboration with educators and families
  • Consult with teachers and staff to support classroom integration of therapy goals
  • Document progress and maintain detailed records in accordance with school procedures
  • Participate in IEP meetings and provide input for educational programming
