Ideal candidates possess experience supporting students’ communication needs in educational settings and demonstrate strong collaboration and communication skills. This is a full-time commitment—Monday through Friday, 8 hours a day—working with diverse populations to facilitate critical foundation skills for lifelong learning.
Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current ASHA CCC certification required
- Valid state licensure as an SLP
- Prior experience with preschool and elementary populations in school-based settings
- Strong organizational, documentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively on an interdisciplinary team
- Passion for fostering language, articulation, and social communication growth
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of communication disorders
- Deliver therapy services tailored to individual student needs
- Develop and maintain IEPs in collaboration with educators and families
- Consult with teachers and staff to support classroom integration of therapy goals
- Document progress and maintain detailed records in accordance with school procedures
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide input for educational programming
