Desired Qualifications & Experience:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required
  • Valid state licensure to practice as an SLP in California
  • Experience working with mild to moderate student populations preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with staff, students, and families
  • Comfortable providing all services onsite; remote work is not available
  • SLPA support is not needed for this position

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct speech and language services to a caseload of elementary-aged students with mild to moderate needs
  • Conduct assessments, develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), and maintain accurate documentation in compliance with school and state guidelines
  • Collaborate with other specialists and classroom teachers to provide integrated support for students' academic and social-emotional growth
  • Participate in IEP meetings, progress monitoring, and parent conferences as required
  • Utilize evidence-based practices to tailor therapy plans and interventions
