This full-time contract position spans the 26/27 school year, providing a rewarding chance to support students’ growth and communication skills in a school-based setting.

What you’ll bring:

  • Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
  • Current California SLP license or eligibility
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong Clinical Fellows are welcome
  • Previous experience in school settings or with pediatric populations
  • Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills
  • Ability to tailor treatment approaches to diverse student needs

Key responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for K-12 students
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment and intervention plans
  • Work closely with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student IEP goals
  • Provide both direct and consultative therapy services in accordance with school guidelines
  • Monitor student progress, maintain accurate documentation, and participate in IEP meetings
  • Educate caregivers and staff on strategies to support communication at home and in the classroom
