Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current California licensure or eligibility
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status
• Experience in school-based speech services preferred
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• Ability to manage diverse caseloads across different school types

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and deliver evidence-based speech and language interventions for students with a variety of communication needs
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to students’ goals
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
• Document therapy sessions, maintain accurate records, and monitor student outcomes
• Provide guidance and resources for faculty and families to reinforce therapy techniques
• Participate in meetings and contribute to special education planning
