Qualifications and Desired Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
  • Current state licensure as an SLP (CCC or CFY considered)
  • Experience providing speech and language services in a school environment
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with students, parents, and school staff
  • Spanish-speaking ability is a significant plus
  • Familiarity with IEP processes and documentation standards preferred

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deliver individualized and group therapy sessions to students with speech and language needs
  • Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and monitor student progress
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and provide input for IEP goals
  • Maintain accurate therapy records and contribute to progress reports
