Qualifications/Experience:
- Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid state SLP license (or ability to obtain prior to start)
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred
- Previous experience in a school setting highly regarded
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to adapt to new environments and work collaboratively
Role Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations, develop IEP goals, and provide direct therapy to students
- Maintain thorough documentation and participate in IEP meetings
- Collaborate with teachers, family members, and other professionals
- Provide support and education to school staff and families
- Adjust therapy and intervention strategies to meet diverse student needs
