Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) or Communication Sciences and Disorders
  • Valid SLP license for California (or eligibility to obtain)
  • Previous experience in a school setting preferred
  • Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams

Responsibilities

  • Assess and diagnose speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in students
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and staff to support student progress
  • Deliver direct therapy services and track student outcomes
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with district/state guidelines
