Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
- Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP in Massachusetts.
- ASHA (CCC-SLP) certification preferred.
- Experience providing speech and language therapy services in school settings is highly valuable.
- Exceptional communication, organization, and adaptability skills.
Role Responsibilities:
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in students.
- Develop and implement IEPs, collaborating with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports.
- Offer support and training to school staff and parents when needed.
- Adapt therapy plans based on student progress and unique needs.
