Qualifications:
- Master’s degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid SLP license for the state of Massachusetts (or eligibility and willingness to obtain)
- Prior experience in a school-based setting preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat students with speech, language, and communication disorders
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans and IEP goals
- Collaborate with educators, families, and allied professionals to support student progress
- Maintain accurate records and document all sessions according to district policy
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute expertise
