Take on a rewarding contract opportunity as a Speech-Language Pathologist, focusing on early childhood and elementary students. This role is based near Longmont, CO, and offers the chance to make a meaningful impact across two school sites. Your expertise will support students from PreK through 5th grade, fostering their communication development throughout the school year.

Anticipate steady, full-time hours—40 each week—within a supportive educational environment. You’ll manage a caseload of 50-55 students, providing direct services and conducting Child Find evaluations to ensure early identification and intervention for students who may need additional support.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Active Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
  • Experience in school-based settings with early childhood and elementary populations (PreK-5) is highly desirable
  • Proficient in completing Child Find evaluations
  • Current state licensure or eligibility to obtain appropriate licensure
  • Strong communication, organization, and collaborative skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver speech-language therapy to a diverse caseload of PreK-5 students across two locations
  • Conduct comprehensive Child Find assessments to identify students in need of further services
  • Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), monitoring student progress and adjusting plans accordingly
  • Collaborate closely with educators, families, and support staff to create supportive learning environments
  • Maintain timely and accurate documentation in compliance with district and state guidelines
