Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Active state licensure as an SLP
- Certification of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, though strong Clinical Fellows will be considered
- Previous experience working with adolescents or in educational settings is highly desired
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments for middle and high school students
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to student needs
- Deliver direct and consultative speech therapy in individual and group settings
- Collaborate with educators, support staff, and families to foster student progress
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with all education and professional regulations
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute insights for student success
