Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Active state SLP license or eligibility
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC) preferred; Clinical Fellow Year (CFY) candidates are also welcome
  • Experience working with pediatric or school-aged populations
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities
  • Previous school-based or healthcare SLP experience highly valued

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver in-person speech-language therapy services to students, supporting their academic and social development
  • Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders
  • Collaborate with staff SLPs, teachers, and school team members to create effective therapy plans
  • Document progress, maintain records, and participate in IEP meetings as needed
  • Contribute to a positive team environment and offer your expertise to help balance the caseload
  • Adapt therapy strategies to meet each student’s unique needs
