Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Longview, WA

Desired Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
• Valid state licensure (or eligibility) for speech-language pathology in Washington
• Experience working with school-aged children preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
• Comfort with virtual service delivery platforms

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide speech-language therapy to K-12 students following IEP goals
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and write clear evaluation reports
• Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Offer hybrid services: 1 day per week onsite, 3 days per week working from home
• Maintain timely documentation, progress notes, and participate in IEP meetings
• Develop and adapt therapeutic materials for both in-person and virtual sessions
