Desired Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
- Valid state licensure (or eligibility) for speech-language pathology in Washington
- Experience working with school-aged children preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
- Comfort with virtual service delivery platforms
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide speech-language therapy to K-12 students following IEP goals
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and write clear evaluation reports
- Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Offer hybrid services: 1 day per week onsite, 3 days per week working from home
- Maintain timely documentation, progress notes, and participate in IEP meetings
- Develop and adapt therapeutic materials for both in-person and virtual sessions
