Speech Language Pathologist in Loomis, CA

Step into an engaging school-based opportunity providing Speech-Language Pathology services in a vibrant educational environment. This contract position is available for an immediate in-person start and supports a diverse caseload of approximately 45 students from kindergarten through 12th grade, ages 5-22. You’ll work alongside dedicated team members, including an SLPA, filling in for an SLP on maternity leave with the potential for ongoing assignment. The schedule runs Monday through Friday, 7am to 3pm, ensuring consistent work-life balance.

Qualifications & Experience Desired:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Valid Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required
• California licensure (or eligibility) in Speech-Language Pathology
• Experience in educational or pediatric settings is highly valued
• Strong collaborative skills and adaptability
• Ability to manage a dynamic, school-based caseload across K-12
• Comfortable working with a multidisciplinary team

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans (IEPs) for students
• Deliver both direct therapy and consultative services to students
• Collaborate closely with teachers, other specialists, and families to support academic and social-emotional success
• Document progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with school and legal standards
• Supervise and support SLPA as needed
