Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Current Ohio state licensure (or eligibility) as an SLP
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
  • Previous experience in a K-12 school setting is highly valued
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills

Responsibilities:

  • Provide speech and language assessments, therapy, and intervention for students
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with the educational team
  • Document progress and maintain student records
  • Participate in IEP (Individualized Education Program) meetings as needed
  • Offer consultation to staff and families to support student development
