Desired Skills and Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- Valid state licensure or eligibility by the start date
- Prior experience in K-12 school settings preferred
- Strong collaborative and communication skills
- Ability to organize and manage caseload across two school sites
- Comfortable with virtual platforms, should remote arrangements be used
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver direct therapy to K-12 students
- Collaborate with educators, families, and staff to develop individualized education programs (IEPs)
- Provide consultation and support to teachers regarding classroom strategies
- Maintain accurate and timely records, progress notes, and required documentation
- Adapt and deliver services virtually if needed
