Qualifications & Experience:

  • Hold or be eligible for SLP-CCC certification; SLP-CFY candidates welcome to apply
  • Experience in a school-based or pediatric speech therapy setting is highly desirable
  • Passion for working with preschool-aged children and tailoring interventions to their unique needs
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
  • Ability to adapt therapy strategies for different learning styles and abilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver individualized and group speech/language therapy services to preschool students
  • Develop and implement IEP goals in coordination with teachers, families, and other service providers
  • Maintain accurate records, progress notes, and assessments according to educational standards
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, offering insights and recommendations for student success
  • Communicate regularly with families and staff to support carryover of skills into daily routines
  • Stay current on best practices in early intervention and school-based therapy
