Qualifications & Experience:
- Hold or be eligible for SLP-CCC certification; SLP-CFY candidates welcome to apply
- Experience in a school-based or pediatric speech therapy setting is highly desirable
- Passion for working with preschool-aged children and tailoring interventions to their unique needs
- Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
- Ability to adapt therapy strategies for different learning styles and abilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver individualized and group speech/language therapy services to preschool students
- Develop and implement IEP goals in coordination with teachers, families, and other service providers
- Maintain accurate records, progress notes, and assessments according to educational standards
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, offering insights and recommendations for student success
- Communicate regularly with families and staff to support carryover of skills into daily routines
- Stay current on best practices in early intervention and school-based therapy
