This full-time, contract opportunity is available for the entire 24/25 academic year, serving both preschool and elementary-aged students. As an on-site professional, you'll play a vital role in supporting communication development and educational success.

Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Current California SLP licensure
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
• Previous experience in school settings, particularly with preschool or elementary populations, is highly valued
• Strong collaboration skills for working with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Exceptional organization and time management abilities
• Dedication to fostering inclusive learning environments

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication evaluations
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Deliver targeted speech-language therapy through both individual and group sessions
• Consult and collaborate regularly with teachers, families, and support staff to optimize student outcomes
• Maintain current and accurate documentation in accordance with state and district guidelines
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to educational planning for each student
• Support students’ academic and social participation by addressing speech and language needs
