Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Active California SLP license or eligibility.
  • CCC-SLP or CFY status welcomed.
  • Experience in school settings preferred; open to candidates with diverse backgrounds.
  • Exceptional communication, organization, and collaboration skills.
  • Comfort managing multiple caseloads and adapting to various school environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders for students across different educational settings.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education programs (IEPs).
  • Collaborate with classroom teachers, special educators, and families to maximize student progress.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with school and state requirements.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute expertise to support a positive learning environment.
