Qualifications & Preferred Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders (for SLPs)
• State licensure or eligibility (SLP-CCC, SLP-CFY, or SLPA)
• Previous experience in school-based or healthcare environments preferred
• Strong familiarity with teletherapy platforms a plus
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Creative, adaptable, and passionate about working with children and adolescents

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech-language assessments and therapy across varied student populations, either onsite or virtually
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with educational staff
• Consult with families and educators to support communication goals and student development
• Document evaluation results, progress reports, and therapy notes in accordance with regulations
• Stay current on best practices and participate in ongoing professional development
• Provide guidance and mentorship to Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs), if applicable
