Travel School Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – California
We are now hiring a Travel Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for full-time, school-based assignments throughout California. Previous experience working with children is preferred, but not required.
As a travel SLP, you’ll have the opportunity to work in a variety of school settings across California—from coastal communities to vibrant cities and scenic inland regions. Responsibilities:
Provide evaluations, assessments, and diagnosis of speech, voice, hearing, and language impairments.
Develop and implement individualized therapy programs to support students’ communication needs.
Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to support student success.
Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal development and progress monitoring.
Manage a K–12 caseload across varying age groups and school settings.
Experience:
Previous experience in schools or pediatric settings preferred.
Travel or contract experience is a plus, but not required.
Education & Requirements:
Active California Speech-Language Pathologist License
ASHA CCCs preferred (CFs may be considered depending on assignment)
Ability to adapt quickly to new environments
Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive weekly pay (often $1,800–$2,500+ depending on assignment)
