Required Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
  • Active SLP license in California (or ability to obtain prior to start)
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
  • Previous pediatric or K-12 school experience strongly desired
  • Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills

Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in school-aged students
  • Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
  • Collaborate closely with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary staff
  • Document and track student goals and progress in accordance with state and district requirements
  • Participate in meetings, IEP reviews, and ongoing professional development
