Desired Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Valid Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
• State license (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Previous experience in a school-based setting preferred, though new graduates are welcome to apply
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with students, families, and educators
• Ability to adapt therapy techniques to meet individual student needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments for students
• Develop and implement individualized education program (IEP) goals
• Provide direct and consultative therapy services in group and one-on-one settings
• Collaborate closely with teachers, support staff, and families to promote a positive learning environment
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team planning
