Make a meaningful difference by providing speech-language therapy to students in an engaging school setting. This contract opportunity seeks a skilled professional to support a campus with a caseload of approximately 50 students. With a commitment of 18-24 hours per week, you’ll help foster communication skills and growth in a dynamic educational environment. This position is for onsite, in-person service delivery only.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Must hold or be eligible for state licensure in Texas
- Prior experience working with school-aged children preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
- Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, families, and other therapists
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language therapy services to a caseload of about 50 students
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on student IEPs
- Document progress and manage timely, accurate records
- Communicate student progress and recommendations to teachers, administrators, and families
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to review and update student plans
- Deliver all services in person on assigned campus
