What You'll Do

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in young children (Pre-K to 2nd Grade).

• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) with age-appropriate, student-centered goals.

• Provide engaging, play-based and direct therapy services in individual and small group settings.

• Collaborate closely with early childhood educators, parents, and the special education team to support early developmental milestones.

• Maintain accurate records and documentation of student progress.

What We're Looking For

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.

• Active California SLP license is required (or eligibility to obtain).

• California Commission on Teacher Credentialing (CTC) Credential is REQUIRED.

• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP); Clinical Fellows (CFY) are welcome!

• Previous experience or a strong interest in working with early childhood populations is highly preferred.
