Desired Qualifications:

• Valid SLP or SLP-CCC certification
• Experience or strong interest in working with preschool-2nd grade students
• Knowledge of case management and IEP processes
• Ability to collaborate with special education teams
• Adaptability and a solutions-oriented mindset

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide speech-language therapy to a caseload of 25 speech-only students; manage their cases
• Support additional 7-10 students’ speech needs in collaboration with other SPED providers
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide expertise for the educational team
• Deliver direct services 2-3 days per week on site (23-24 hours scheduled across 4 days)
• Advocate for student progress and effective communication skills
