What we’re looking for:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Current state licensure (or eligibility) as an SLP
  • Experience serving students in grades K-12—elementary, middle, and high school
  • Familiarity with 1:1 therapy
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for engaging with students, families, and educators
  • Ability to develop and implement effective IEPs
  • Organizational skills to track progress and contribute to multidisciplinary teams

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting individualized assessments and direct therapy sessions
  • Developing and managing IEPs tailored to each student’s unique needs
  • Collaborating closely with teachers and other support staff to maximize student progress
  • Maintaining clear and timely documentation
  • Communicating progress effectively with families and team members
  • Providing guidance and support to classroom staff regarding communication strategies
