Step into an exciting opportunity dedicated to supporting students across all grade levels as a school-based Speech-Language Pathologist. As a vital collaborator within the school community, you will deliver tailored speech and language services, working both 1:1 and in groups, to help students overcome communication challenges and reach their full potential. Your expertise will empower students ages K-12 to succeed academically and socially, while you engage with a committed team of educators and specialists.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
  • Current state licensure (or eligibility for licensure) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Experience supporting students at the elementary, middle, and high school levels
  • Familiarity with IEP development, progress monitoring, and providing direct therapy
  • Skilled in delivering individualized and small-group interventions
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities
  • Previous school-based or pediatric experience preferred

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for students in grades K-12
  • Develop, implement, and document individualized treatment plans
  • Deliver 1:1 and group therapy sessions focused on student needs
  • Participate in IEP meetings and report on student progress
  • Consult with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support classroom success
  • Maintain accurate and timely records in accordance with program requirements
