K-5 Grades 6 - 8 School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Los Lunas, New Mexico

Qualifications and Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders required
• Current license (or eligibility) to practice as an SLP in New Mexico
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred
• Experience with assessments and therapy planning for K-12 students
• Comfortable working across elementary, middle, and high school settings
• Proven effectiveness in providing 1:1 and group support
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills

Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for students in grades K-12
• Deliver 1:1 and group speech/language therapy for students with diverse needs
• Collaborate with educators, families, and other team members to support student progress
• Document services, maintain accurate records, and prepare progress reports
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to multidisciplinary teams
• Adapt therapy approaches for virtual or in-person learning environments as needed
