Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communicative Disorders from an accredited institution
- Active state SLP license (or eligibility for licensure in MS)
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates encouraged to apply
- Previous experience working with school-aged children is highly valued
- Demonstrated strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
Responsibilities:
- Deliver evidence-based speech and language services to students as outlined in their Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
- Assess, diagnose, and document speech, language, and communication disorders
- Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student achievement
- Maintain thorough, timely documentation in compliance with district, state, and federal guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings and assist with the development of intervention strategies
