Qualifications and Desired Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communicative Disorders from an accredited institution
  • Active state SLP license (or eligibility for licensure in MS)
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates encouraged to apply
  • Previous experience working with school-aged children is highly valued
  • Demonstrated strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver evidence-based speech and language services to students as outlined in their Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
  • Assess, diagnose, and document speech, language, and communication disorders
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student achievement
  • Maintain thorough, timely documentation in compliance with district, state, and federal guidelines
  • Participate in IEP meetings and assist with the development of intervention strategies
